xHeariences are comprised of six distinct sound components, each of which can be configured to play throughout the entirety or segments of the xHearience (ranging from 5 to 100 minutes in 5-minute intervals).

The key elements in the "It's Gonna Be Okay!" xHearience include:

• Low Drone (derived from an Indian Shruti box)
• High Drone (also sourced from an Indian Shruti box)
• Overtones (incorporating "throat"-singing techniques)
